NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Public notice is given pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 307.37 that public hearings on an amendment to the Special Purpose Flood Damage Reduction Resolution for Muskingum County by the Board of County Commissioners of Muskingum County, Ohio will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at11:00 a.m. and Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Muskingum County Courthouse, Commissioners office, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio. The amendments would change sections 3.1, 5.4 and 6.3. This notice is posted on the internet and may be viewed on Muskingum Countys web page at http://www.muskingumcounty.org.
